“SHPPAT” është krijuar në Janar 2020 dhe është organizim vullnetar i profesionistëve të fushës së Përkujdesjes dhe Artit Trupor, në të mirë dhe në interes të tyre dhe të publikut në tërësi, në përputhje me vizionin, misionin dhe objektivat e saj. “SHPPAT” është krijuar në bazë të ligjit nr.8789, datë 07.05.2001 “Për regjistrimin e organizatave jofitimprurëse”, si dhe në bazë të Aktit të Themelimit të “Shoqatës së Profesionistëve të Artit dhe Kujdesit të Trupor”.
The mission of "BACPA" is to facilitate the development of professionals in the field of Body Art and Care in Albania and throughout the Albanian-speaking area and beyond, through various dynamic and informative media, projects, training activities, able to influence policies and actions in governance. All of the members of “BACPA” are professionals who express willingness to participate. Members can be professionals in the field of care skin health, hairdressing, aesthetics, make up, and related areas in Body Art and Care. Members can also be representatives of Vocational Education and Training, professional field policymakers, product providers, artists, members of the media, etc.

On 09.07.2020, the Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Body Art And Care Professionals Association (BACPA) with President Mr. Ilir Tafaj, and the National Chamber of Crafts (DhKZ) with President Mr. Luan Bregasi. The purpose of this Memorandum expresses the readiness of the parties for a commitment, cooperation and common interest in increasing the quality of the craft sector and especially the service sector in the field of care and body art. By creating a comprehensive framework to facilitate existing and new mutually agreed activities through the exchange of information deemed appropriate by each party. In addition, separate teams of the Parties can enter into collaborations, where different actors, including professionals from the field of Hairdressing, Aesthetics, Aesthetic Physiotherapy, Aesthetics, Massage Therapy, Make-up, etc., can agree to carry out activities of various promotional, training, competitions, etc.
