The first conference of BACPA dated June 30, 2021, near the premises of the "New Generation" Multifunctional Center. This first meeting was conceived as an online conference with guests from the hairdressing field.
At this meeting, a report was held on the topic "Salon Emotion?" by Antonio Brtan, expert in salon management and entrepreneurship in the EU, as well as Sales Manager of the international professional firm L'Oreal in Croatia.

Antonio Brtan has a long working experience in the sales sector. Started in 2009 at Pertinax d.o.o. working in the field in different regions in Croatia where he gained a wide experience and skills. Since 2016, Antonio has been working with the Albanian market as an Export Manager. Now Antonio is working as a Brand Manager in Zagreb at L'Oreal. During his career he has distinguished himself for his strong sales skills; sales strategy implementation and training.
